Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OM Power Up Business LLC, 2201 Menaul Blvd NE Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA, email info@idoopy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and you had expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. During checkout, you are asked to provide this consent and acknowledgment if you wish to use iDoopy immediately rather than waiting for the withdrawal period to expire.
